Vigil Guard, the neighbourhood watch.

A map tells you something happened. Vigil does something about it.

Response, not another feed to scroll.

The panic network is free, forever. Hold the button and it wakes your four emergency contacts and the Vigil Guard members around you, with your live GPS location. Lookout, Guardian Walk and Crime Watch come with it. No card, no camera, no hardware. You call 000 yourself with one tap. Your contacts are your safety net from day one; your street lights up as neighbours join.

Begin the watch

Why not just a crime map?

Awareness watches. We move.

A crime map

Tells you something happened.

  • Pins last night's break-in after the fact.
  • Charges you to unlock the detail near your street.
  • Profiles people and faces. You scroll, you worry, nothing changes.
  • When you hold the screen, no one comes.
Vigil Guard

Does something about it.

  • Hold the button: your four contacts and your street wake at once, with your live location.
  • The panic network is free, forever. No paywall on your own safety.
  • Lookout flags behaviour, never people. Truth on your street, not a fear score.
  • Where we are licensed, an operator runs your street after dark.

What we do

Keeping people safe
is the only thing we do.

No stickers on windows. No sensors on walls. No app that pings you every time your own dog walks past the door. The panic switch and the Lookout run across Australia today: one tap wakes your four contacts and your street with your live location, and a quiet flag warns the neighbours before a crew is called.

Patrol is the gated pillar. Licensed, vetted, named operators, hired and briefed by us under the Victorian Private Security Act 2004, run a logged slow-pass of your street once enough neighbours join and the licence is in place. We are moving through PSBL approval now, then state by state. Sentry, our AI camera watch, is in founding-cohort closed beta.

We don't sell hardware. We don't sell anxiety. We make our promises in writing: panic answered, scouts flagged, walks watched, patrols logged.

Your location moves only when you hold the button or share a walk. We never sell it, never feed it to advertisers, never hand it to a boss or a broker. Turn it off, export it, or delete it whenever you want. Your safety net is the four people you choose and the neighbours beside you, not a stranger reading a feed.

This is the work. Your family is the reason.

Vigil Guard · Melbourne, Australia

How we protect you

Five ways we have your back.

The moment something goes wrong, we wake your four contacts and your street at once, with your live location, before you finish the sentence. We flag the scout before the crew is called. We watch you home on a late walk. And where we are licensed, an operator runs your street after dark.

Act ILive across Australia

The panic switch.

Hold three seconds. The app alerts your four chosen contacts in a parallel call tree, with your live GPS location, and wakes the Vigil Guard members on your street. Free, forever. Live across Australia now.

  • Parallel call tree to four contacts: phones ring until someone answers.
  • Free for everyone: your four contacts and your street are alerted with your live location. No card needed.
  • SMS fallback per contact if a call isn't picked up.
  • Hold-to-confirm, with a 5-second cancel. Accidental presses don't fire.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 000. There is a one-tap call-000 button in the app. Vigil Guard never dials 000 for you.

Enter the panic switch
Act IIIncluded on every tier

The Lookout.

Flag a scout, quietly. When three independent flags hit your area in ninety minutes, your street gets a cluster alert and, where licensed, a patrol redirects. Included on every tier.

  • One-tap flag with a behaviour description: optional photo, reviewed only.
  • Cluster of three flags → a quiet, area-wide alert. Lights on. Doors locked.
  • Vouch for the real residents on your street. Each verified neighbour builds a "constellation" of trusted members, harder to spoof, stronger the more who join.
  • Photos stay private. Behaviour, not appearance. Never a vigilante app.
Enter the Lookout
Act IIILive across Australia

Guardian Walk.

Walk me home. Set an ETA and the app watches your live location to the door. Miss your check-in or go silent and your contacts and your street are alerted with your last position. Live across Australia now.

  • Set an ETA. The app pings your live location the whole way home.
  • Miss the check-in and your contacts and street get your last location.
  • Steady is a calm companion for when you feel followed: it escalates in stages (walk with me · stay close · get ready).
  • If it goes wrong, Steady can fire the panic alert without you reaching for the screen.
Enter Guardian Walk
Act IVClosed beta, not live yet

Sentry, the unblinking eye.

AI that watches your existing security cameras through the night, in three escalation tiers. In founding-cohort closed beta. We are not opening it to everyone yet.

  • Tier I: logs what it sees, quietly, for your morning review.
  • Tier II: notifies you the moment a person is at a place they shouldn't be.
  • Tier III: escalates through the same panic alert to your contacts and street.
  • Works with UniFi cameras. No box? We supply a pre-configured one. Founding cohort only.
Enter Sentry
Act VBegins where we are licensed

The nightly patrol.

An unmarked car, a vetted operator, a slow pass of your street between dusk and dawn. Logged, time-stamped, photographed if you ask. Begins where we are licensed: PSBL pending in Victoria, then state by state.

  • Lights up once enough neighbours on your street claim a founding seat and the licence is in place.
  • Each pass is logged in the app with timestamp, GPS ping, and an "all clear" note from the operator.
  • Read the night's log over your coffee. The proof is in your pocket.
  • Optional photo confirmation of the kerb, the gate, the front door, your call, at signup.
Enter the patrol

How a Vigil Guard night unfolds

Quiet, until we need to move.

01

You set it up once

Address, gate code, medical notes, four people who matter, a voice memo for dispatch. Ten minutes. Then we take it from there.

02

We pass your house at 02:14

The operator radios in. The app logs it. You'll see it in the morning, with the time and the kerb confirmed.

03

The night goes wrong

You press and hold the panic switch. The screen turns crimson. From this point we are running.

04

Help moves before you do

Your four contacts' phones light up. Your street is alerted with your live location. All at once. In a life-threatening emergency, call 000.

The Vigil Guard app

Your home, watched.

A native iOS app, on testers' phones now through TestFlight, with App Store submission pending. Open it to a live "your home is watched" status, a protected-night streak that climbs every night you're covered, and a live neighbourhood radar showing flags and alerts near you.

An ambient night-watch mode keeps a quiet eye through the dark hours. National software, every Australian postcode: the patrol log fills in once an operator runs your street. Cancel a night with a swipe. Forward the log to your insurer the day a claim is filed.

Coverage roadmap

Software nationwide. Patrol where licensed.

Panic, Lookout, Guardian Walk and Crime Watch are live across Australia from membership day one. Patrol is the gated pillar: we light up a postcode only when we have an operator vetted, a route mapped, and the security licence in place: Victoria first through PSBL, then state by state. The waitlist tells us where to open next.

Often asked

The straight answers.

Is the panic switch a replacement for triple zero?

No. In a life-threatening emergency, call 000. The panic switch alerts your four contacts and your street with your live location at the same instant, for the moments you can't get to the phone, and so people who can help know immediately.

Who actually drives the patrol cars?

Licensed private security operators contracted to Vigil Guard under a written code of conduct. Each operator carries an ID number that appears in your log every time they pass. You may name an operator you do not want on your street; we honour that without question.

What stops someone hitting panic by accident?

A three-second hold, a five-second cancel window, and a confirmation tap before anything fires.

Where does the data live?

In Australia, on hardened cloud, encrypted at rest and in transit. Your log is visible only to you and the residents you add. We do not sell, share, or analyse it for advertising. Ever.

Can I cancel?

Month to month, by tapping a button. No phone call, no retention script, no exit interview. We would rather you came back willingly than stayed unwillingly.
