How the founding cohort works
We modelled the launch on a stock float, not a SaaS rollout. Build the company fully — operators vetted, app shipped, dispatch wired, legal locked — then open a fixed, capped membership at a founder rate. When the cap is hit, the door closes. Public pricing opens later, higher. Founding members keep their rate forever.
Three founder rates
All three tiers are live from day one. The Lookout is included on every tier. Patrol coverage requires a local operator — currently active in Hawthorn, Armadale and Kew, expanding suburb by suburb.
All prices AUD. Founder rate is locked for the life of your membership. Public rate applies to new members once the 10,000-seat founding cohort fills. Watch tier (panic + Lookout) is available Australia-wide from day one. Patrol and Estate require local operator coverage.

Founding cohort · the straight answers
Because we're building the company fully before we open the doors — not a beta with promises. 10,000 founding members is the size we know we can serve at the standard we want to be known for. Once those seats are taken, the door closes, the public rate opens, and the waitlist forms.
The rate you sign up at — $29, $129, or $349 — is the rate you pay every month for as long as you stay a member. Even when the public rate doubles, yours doesn't move. If you cancel and come back within 12 months, your founder rate is held.
You pay nothing for the Patrol tier until we have an operator vetted and a route mapped in your postcode. Watch tier (panic + Lookout) is live anywhere in Australia from day one, so that part of your membership starts immediately. The day patrols open in your suburb, your first night is free.
The infrastructure is being built right now. We open the cohort the day the full product ships — operators vetted, app live, dispatch wired, legal complete. The counter on this page reflects waitlist intent, not paid signups. We email every waitlist member before we charge a credit card.
