You start Steady quietly. It holds your live location and keeps a calm, steady presence on screen while you keep moving.

If it gets worse, Steady tightens in. It readies your contacts so one tap reaches them, and surfaces the call-000 button.

Steady never dials 000 for you. If it is life-threatening, you call 000 yourself with the one-tap button. The strength of the street alert comes from your verified neighbours on Lookout: real residents who vouch for each other build a network that is hard to spoof and quick to respond.
